OPTIONS STRUCTURE
In Key Stage 4 some subjects still remain compulsory. All students must take English, Maths, Double Award Science and Level 2 National - ICT as well as Welsh to GCSE. PE and RE are also statutory. The remaining four subjects are selected from the various option blocks.
Note: For students who undertake the ALPS or L2 Construction course, the structure differs. Please refer to the following links for further details

In the first instance, you should seek information from the contact names given at the foot of each option description. You should also discuss your options with your parents or the Careers Coordinator, Miss J Simpson (Room A12).

CLOSING DATE
Return your option form to your form tutor by Wednesday 24 March 2010. Please remember, this must be signed by your parent/guardian.
Careful consideration must be given to both your first and second choices in each option block.
Changes requested by pupils after this date and before the start of Year 10 may not be accomodated.
